OUR ORGANIC BAKERY


     

Our organic sourdough breads are made using traditional methodology. 

Our starter is fed every day, and is our key ingredient in our dough. We ferment our dough for 48 hours which gives the starter time to break down the gluten molecules. 

All of our bread is made by hand and is baked fresh each morning. 

Our bakery is open planned and very transparent encouraging you to engage with the process.
