Our Beef - grass fed, antibiotic free, hormone free, chemical free lamb from Pikiroa Organic Farm and processed in our shop. Beef is aged for 21 days minimum.
Our gourmet beef patties are made using TOFS own seasoning mixture. 98% beef and 2% seasoning. The meat has a coarser grind giving it a good meaty flavour. Sear on a hot plate until brown on both sides, trying not to let any of the flavoursome juices escape. Once brown on all sides take of the hot plate and rest for five minutes before eating.
Gluten free, preservative free, dairy free. We use sheep casings for our sausages.
