1 x eye fillet steak (approximately 180-200g portion sizes).
Our Beef - Grass fed, antibiotic free, hormone free, chemical free beef from Pikiroa Organic Farm and processed in our shop. Dry aged for 21 days minimum on the bone.
The most tender cut out of all the steaks. The muscle sits beneath the ribs doing very little work resulting in a very tender cut.
Best cooked on a hot plate. Sear all sides of the steak, turn the heat right down and cook slowly for 5-10 mintues (depending on how rare you like it).
