Our Beef - grass fed, antibiotic free, hormone free, chemical free lamb from Pikiroa Organic Farm and processed in our shop. Beef is aged for 21 days minimum.
Our gourmet brisket patties consists of 50% beef brisket and 50% beef chuck. The brisket gives the patty it’s texture and the chuck adds fat to the mixture, there is no seasoning in this patty as we want you to taste the delicious meat we have added. The meat has a coarser grind giving it a good meaty flavour. Coat with oil and salt and pepper and then sear on a hot plate until brown on both sides, trying not to let any of the flavoursome juices escape. Once brown on all sides take of the hot plate and rest for five minutes before eating.
Gluten free, preservative free, dairy free. We use sheep casings for our sausages.
