The Rolls Royce of lamb! This elegantly cut piece of lamb prepared by our artisan butcher is tender, lean & packed full of flavour.
1 x 8 rib rack - Serves 3-4 persons
Lamb reared and raised on Pikiroa Organic Farm.
Cooking: To achieve a nice golden crust and a pink juicy middle pan fry on high heat until all sides are golden brown, then baste with a herb flavoured butter. Rest for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
